Toucan Blue

Toucan Blue is a four bedroom, 3 1/2 bath beachfront house located in Milton Bight on the north side of Roatan.  It is located approximately 20 kilometers east of the Roatan International airport, and 15 minutes from French Harbour.

The crystal clear Caribbean water is just steps from the front door and the spectacular barrier reef is easily accessible for snorkeling or diving.. Enjoy the stunning view while relaxing on the decks, paddle to the barrier reef in the provided sea kayaks, stroll the white sand beach, view sealife from the dock, or lounge at the community pool located behind the house. The bright, open main floor of the house includes the living area, kitchen, dining, bathroom, and decks.  An AM/FM stereo with 5-CD changer has indoor and outdoor speakers for your listening pleasure while in the house or on either of the decks.  There is also a TV and VCR. Ceiling fans and air conditioning are throughout the house.

The large outdoor deck is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquil setting.  The barbeque grill makes it the likely place for dining.  It is also a great place to take advantage of listening to the soft waves breaking against the reef and gazing at the star filled sky at night.

Each of the four bedrooms on the ground floor has a double bed. The bathroom, including shower and Jacuzzi tub, is located between the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large picture window with a breathtaking view of the sea. A refreshing shower is located near the deck stairs to wash off the sand and salt from the sea before entering the main rooms of the house.
