All proposals are based on standard pro forma documents which are then tailor made for your own property and requirements which will include some, all and possibly more than the following:

• Weekly ‘walk through’ inspection
• Payment of resident staff
• Payment of utility bills
• Full vacation rental services including website information and marketing
• Meet and Greet service for renters and owners
• Return airport transfers for renters and owners
• Preparation of the home to receive renters/owners
• Welcome grocery pack
• Full monthly report on property condition
• Administration of all bookings, payments made & received
• Collection and refund of pre set security deposits
• Regular and ongoing correspondence between the ourselves and our owners
• Extra services – e.g. collection of incoming shipments

We take pride in our philosophy that we will look after your home as though it were our own. Our existing owners feel that all they need to do is ask- we will always try our best!
