Palm Decks
On the beach at Milton Point (reached by a short walk through
the Mangroves on a boardwalk from the parking area), Palm Decks
enjoys the year round trade winds and cooling sea breezes that make
vacationing in the Western Caribbean a truly unique experience.
Set in a small community with 4 other homes, Palm decks is a two
bedroom, two bathroom beach cottage with outstanding views. For
a totally relaxing and peaceful vacation for two couples or for
a family with older children then this must be the place!

Enter the home right off the beach and on the lower floor
you will find an open plan living area featuring a full kitchen
with breakfast bar, Fridge/Freezer, stove with oven, microwave,
coffee maker, blender, utensils and cookware. You will also
be able to make local calls on the cell phone provided for
your use during your vacation.
Small dining area with table and 4 chairs views out of the
double patio style doors to the ocean beyond and then a lounge
with large 3 seater sofa and matching rocker chair. A TV with
satellite connection and US channels is also available along
with a portable radio and a VCR with a small selection of
Tapes. The lower floor is equipped with both ceiling and floor
fans and one of the two Queen bedrooms leads directly from
the living room. The Jack & Jill bathroom with tub and
shower over is accessible from either the living area or bedroom.
With plenty of storage space and those awesome views to wake
up to who wouldn't want to wake up here! Just in case you
need it a Queen sized portable bed is also available.

From the living area, walk out onto the lower deck to have a Sundowner
before preparing that freshly caught shrimp or Snapper on the propane
grill.

The Queen bedroom on the upper floor is only accessible by
outer stairs from either the lower deck or through the main
entrance door and is therefore probably unsuitable for younger
children. Once again it has an ensuite bathroom with tub and
shower over and large mirrored double door closets. Air conditioned
for your comfort if you should need it too. A door leads from
the bedroom onto the upper deck - a great place to relax,
sip a cocktail and watch the awesome sunsets!
With easy access to the nearby reef for snorkeling and with
use of the lovely community pool and Dock with Palapa, Palm
Decks should be high on your list if a cozy and intimate vacation
is what you are looking for!
