Casa Karibu
Situated at Pollytilly Bight on the eastern end of the
island and within 15 minutes drive of French Harbour, Casa Karibu
is a beautifully constructed island style wooden home with awesome
views!
Approached down a private drive yet only 500 yards from the main
highway, entry into the lush tropical gardens which surround the
villa is through double gates. Mature fruit trees including Mango,
Bananas, Coconut and Key Limes feature in this fully enclosed and
private space - secure for either children or pets!
The Bar B Q grill sits at the front of the house and leads onto
the covered wrap around deck on which to relax or entertain and
enjoy those views. The home also features a diesel generator in
case of power outages!

Entry into the main open plan area on the lower floor is
from either the covered deck or the front sun terrace. Large
and airy with a vaulted ceiling, the living area consists
of lounge featuring TV, Video with well stocked video library,
DVD player and CD player (US Direct TV access can also be
provided!), dining area with table and four chairs and a kitchen
stocked with everything that you could think of but including
propane stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and double sink. The
breakfast bar has stools for you to grab that quick snack
lunch.
On the same level is the guest bedroom with Queen Size bed
plenty of closet space and air conditioning. Adjacent to the
guest bedroom is the fully tiled lower floor bathroom with
large glass block shower enclosure.

A stairway of Honduran Pine leads upstairs to the Master Bedroom
with its California King bed and once again plenty of closet space
and air conditioning. Next to the Master bedroom is the second bathroom
with glass block shower.
The loft doubles as a bright and spacious office space with the
availability of high speed satellite internet access - just bring
your computer!

The home is fully furnished (linens included!) to reflect
the Caribbean lifestyle and features ceiling fans throughout
and traditional wood shuttered windows with bug screens to
allow the prevailing breezes to naturally cool your environment.
Available for long term rental, ideally situated in a peaceful
yet accessible location and beautifully finished for a family
to enjoy tropical living at its best.
