Completed in 2009, Casa Amanezca is in the Rohan by the Sea development at Johnson Bight – 15 minutes East of French Harbour and 30 minutes from Roatan International airport.
On a small bluff with views to the North shore reef and Caribbean, it provides all the comforts of home in a truly tropical setting surrounded by lush foliage. Approached by a private drive winding its way to the lower floor garage and patio, with stairs then leading to the upper level.

The main entrance leads in to the open and well planned living area with fully equipped kitchen, seating and dining area. A small hallway takes you to the two bedrooms both featuring queen sized beds and sharing a bathroom with tub and shower. Internet access available too so that you can keep in touch.
Downstairs to the laundry area and separate access to the garage just in case the raindrops fall!

Air conditioned throughout and with large and spacious outdoor decks, this is a truly peaceful home in which to enjoy all things Roatan. Shared community swimming pool within 3-4 minutes walk.
